July started to show real progress!

We worked weekends and of course we had extra days with the long Fourth of July weekend.

After the windows were out and the 2nd floor was cleared we could begin to dismantle the flooring.

The first section of flooring came down and we could see and use the sliding south dock door. What a difference it made! . . . more light, air, and a glimpse of where we were heading.

We had the "clean" room, which was the old office, where we could have our lunch. It seemed sort of funny to call it that since most days we were covered in old coal dust, and even funnier when I mentioned we were cleaning 100 year old dirt! That's how you know it's time to call it a day.

time to break through the next wall from the warehouse	the wall into the warehouse ...has to come down	break on through to the other side. . .
	insulation and ceiling tiles gone, it's grid to go. we found the light fixtures in the rafters!	pile of insulation 6" thick insulation check out next month where we put it
		now we can reach the rest of the dormer windows

Last of the windows and teardown drywall

	the gloves on the right were photographed and put to rest as a reward for saving the tip of the finger. the crowbar slipped as the last nail from the drywall was removed and the tip of the finger was broken and a nail was lost. heck of a way to get a few weekends off!
